About Miss Bridget

Miss Bridget Crisonino brings to her students over 10 years of professional vocal performance in the genres of Pop, Rock, Jazz, Contemporary, and Musical Theater. Additionally, Miss Bridget holds more than 10 years of training in piano and dance.

 

She earned her BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, New Studio on Broadway Musical Theater, and also completed a minor in Business, Entertainment, Media Technology from the Stern School of Business. Raised in Berkeley Heights, NJ, Bridget grew up surrounded by a family of musical artists and was taught by talented and supportive teachers who continue to serve as her artistic role models to this day. Amongst her teachers are the much acclaimed Eden Espinosa, Michelle Shay, Tyley Ross and Tony Award Winners/Nominees Randy Graff, Michael McElroy, Rene` Elise Goldsberry and Baayork Lee. She has also taken workshops with  Marc Shaiman, Gary Marshal, Sierra Boggess, and renowned vocal coach Joan Lader.

 

Bridget developed an affinity for acting and performance at a young age as a member of the Paper Mill Playhouse Childrens' Theater On-Tour, All Star Company. During her youth, Miss Bridget spent her summers at the Paper Mill Playhouse training in their professional Musical Theater Summer Conservatory, as well as attending the Carnegie Mellon Pre-College Musical Theater Program. 

Miss Bridget is currently a professional actor and singer. She can be found on numerous television shows (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm9257051/), as well as on the stage. She has performed alongside such theater icons as Brian Stokes Mitchell and La Chanze at Carnegie Hall, appeared in several NY Pops Gala Performances that featured a star-studded cast of theater and film icons, appeared Off-Broadway, and has worked with NYU's Graduate Musical Theater Writing Program on the development of many new works. 

In working with her students, Miss Bridget takes her voice training, as well as her education in the Alexander Technique, to combine all her knowledge into one streamlined mode of learning which she then imparts to her students.

Miss Bridget hopes to share with her students all the joy, love, magic, and friendship from the many years of vocal performance she has experienced herself.

Her model for instruction is to provide Healthy Technique in a Fun and Creative evironment.
